How we have started

We have noticed that none of our CSSD clients
is satisfied with the available solutions

Our company was founded to produce the world’s best hospital instrument management system. The thought about such a solution was born in the minds of several people observing the sterilization market in Europe, because the problems everyone saw was the lack of good IT solutions for CSSD.

Therefore, in 2016 we have made a team consisting of specialists from 2 companies: InformerMed and Datashare. Combinination of huge experience in the healthcare market with knowledge of new technologies, programming and industrial automation. In other words, we have made a dream team of CSSD digitalization 🙂

After that, we spend thousands of hours at CSSD talking with the CSSD staff, creating and developing the tailor made, 100% functional tool.

Where are we now?

We have developed the software in close cooperation of an academic hospitals. Our R&D is still inside the CSSD.

Year by year, we were adding new features, modules and functionalities. We were continuously meeting expectations and implementing the ideas of our development team and our clients.

From 2019, we have started selling our system all over the world. We design the system in such a way that translation into any language takes several hours. This also makes our solution more and more popular in many countries around the world.

Today our system works for 300 users in over 20 locations in 6 countries around the world (Poland, Hong Kong, Mexico, Kazachstan, Latvia and since the end of 2021 in Slovenia).

About our company future

As a Synapsis Healthcare we plan to further develop our main product SYNAPSIS™. However our other products such as, Endoscopy, Pathomorphology and Operating Departments software will also be developed in terms of business. Similarly, want to develop our devices, including Dosing Stations and aSign OT computers. Next year we plan to expand to other markets, including mainly Western European and US markets.
